Their products and services are great. But the cost of heating oil and propane are becoming outrageous. Given the current world circumstances, I know that there is likely very little that Superior Plus can do about that themselves. But as a retired senior, I just needed to vent my frustration.

Customer service. First and foremost. Even though the office has an automated intro to the call in system, you can still talk to a live person pretty much about anything except asking for a technician for oil boilers. The associate I talked to verified changes I had made online and also made other changes for me that I couldn't do online. She reassured me of an upcoming delivery for oil based on an automatic schedule derived from my budgeted use. Even though I thought I had run out, she explained to me about oil tanks having a reserve of about 50 gal even though the gage reads empty. A safety factor that allowed me to run over the weekend until the truck could be dispatched for a Monday fill
I do not like to fill out these forms and the reason that I rate at the 9 level.
There is always room for improvement, Yet when suggestions are made they are taken negative and very rarely is anything ever done or changed, "COMPANY POLICY". 
therefore this is a waste of my time and yours so I will not provide any further coments or fill out any other "SURVEYS".
