The service is great and there is always oil in our tank.
I have a 1920s house that still has the old 'octopus' style furnace converted from coal burning to oil burning. You guys have been able to keep my furnace running and have been able to repair it because otherwise I would have no heat since I cannot afford a new furnace. your folks always do maintenance. They are always able to explain it terms I can understand what need to be done.
On a couple of ridiculously cold winters when I ran out of oil, your men where able to get to my home, work neatly and completely to provide me with quick service, even though they had several other calls to get to. Snow or sleet I know I can trust the guys to get to my house as soon as they can regardless of the hour or weather. For this, I am truly grateful. Your employees are always very respectful too and have communicated back to me with potential changes to winter emergency call arrival times. KUDOS!
