Griffith Energy has been taken care of me for several years. When I need to have my service done on my furnace they have made an appointment to work around my schedule. I ran out of fuel only once since I have been doing business with your company. It was a time when I was recuperating from an illness. Griffith had some fuel delivered for me within a few days after the call.
The customer service has always been outstanding (whether I am calling about a billing problem or in need of service). In addition, two years ago when our winter was extremely frigid, my budget plan did not adequately cover my oil expenses.
