Here's my satisfaction with Griffith Services since 2005. Every time I call with an issue in regard to my furnace, it goes like this: I call to report my problem, the person answering is always pleasant and professional and shows real concern for my issue, they advise me what can be done and an approximate time someone will show up. then within 2-4 hours a technician will show asking me exactly what is happening, after I explain my opinion of what the issue is, the tech will go check everything out and come back to advise me of a fix. Within an hour or less the job is completed and the tech will either leave a copy of the bill(if I'm not at home) or knock on the door and explain exactly what was done with charges and I am billed from the home office.
On one occasion I had left a signed blank check for them to fill out, which they did and then called me to tell me the amount so I could record it in my check register. (now how many places would you find that type of honesty?)
SO ALL AN ALL GRIFFITH ENERGY GETS A Rating of 10 every time.

I've been with Griffith for over 10 years and the customer service as well as delivery is great. They always show concern for their customers needs. When in an emergency situation they are on top of it with a call and service within a couple hours when I am able to safely turn any valves or leaks off.
