I use heating oil year around. It is unused to heat home. But in summer it heats my hot water as well. I get automatic delivery. I am able to pay bill over phone. And so far all have been pleasant friendly and when wecaskrd that they not pull in lawn as our sewer lines and junction box were broken from being driven over, they accommodate and pull from road which I know us much harder for the drivers. I attempt to keep a clear cut pathway between bushes for them to access the fill up pipe. Win win situation.
Every time I call and talk to Bonnie with a request for fill up or questions on our account she is great! She is knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to!! The guys that deliver are also very friendly, quick and respectful! I highly recommend Griffith Energy 👍👍
Will know more after finding out if the fuel oil goes into the tank okay, but one of your techs helped us by trying to blow the air out of the valve so hopefully now we can get our fuel oil delivered.

I have never in the 8 or 9 years that I have had Griffith had to call them because I was out of fuel oil or LPgas. Both the delivery and office staff are prompt and courteous.
