Negative on...getting email from company on fall special after I ordered and paid (I paid immediately upon receipt of emailed invoice instead of waiting for due date). Called company..was told they put a $50 credit on my account. I preferred reimbursement of $50 since I get one tank per year. Now I gave to hope it's still there next September or October.🙁

I do not care at all for the new superior plus website and hope to receive a survey about the website & changes. Again - the employees at the Big Flats facility are top notch.

When I ask you to fill my propane tank you came very timely and very nice on the phone. We were home both of us when delivery was made even though your driver said we weren't. Not sure why he would have said that all vehicles were in our driveway even.
propane service is terrific. Never have to worry about running out and I can check my fuel level from wherever I am. Service guys are great, folks on the phone are friendly and have a good understanding of the services available.
