I like the swiftness of Griffith Energy, when I called and told them I was low on oil. They were here at 1:0'clock that same day! And the spot where he had to fill the oil tank was covered with dead greenery, that I can not get to any more! I apologized to him and he said I didn't have to apologize and he had already filled it, after finding it! The customer service agents are always polite and patient when I call with questions. Even the Supervisor, Dan, is responsive and concerned about how he can help with any of my concerns. The people at Griffith really make me feel as though my concerns are very important.
