I like the way I can call the company and talk to a very nice person AND they listen to me!! I am 84 years old and can not go down to the cellar and know how much oil is left in the tank!! This is vey comforting and makes "everything" much more easier to depend on!!! Also, I really appreciate the Driver of that BIG yellow truck! We are always appreciative of the kind, effecient service we have been given from all the staff.
The Griffith personnel I've come into contact with, on the phone or in person, have always been pleasant and willing to serve. I'm also thankful that my monthly "budget plan" amount has been reduced, probably due to the decrease in petroleum prices. We are also on the "automatic delivery' program and usually our fuel tank is refilled before it is allowed to run out. We've been Griffith Energy customers since we moved here from New Jersey in 1987. I hope we will have another 30+ years as Griffith customers.
