I have a limited use of fuel oil and need to handle the transaction by long distance. It is a benefit to us to have the on line option to pay bills. Griffith has been able to do what I ask them regarding deliveries on a schedule or on demand.

I liked your services MUCH BETTER, when I could speak to my local group located in Big Flats, NY. I had a wonderful representative (Tina)...who I ALWAYS asked for. She and I were ALWAYS able to solve issues about delivery and billing VERY EASILY. by the end of the first phone conversation. It has become much more difficult since I now have to communicate with others.......especially regarding billing and budget issues. It sometimes takes days, even weeks to resolve issues like this.

You generally show up to fill my oil tanks or propane tanks long before I need to call.

Technicians are very proficient, when the furnace has failed-service is prompt, and automatic fuel deliveries are accurate and on-time.
