Your representatives LISTEN and address issues. One of the things I'n NOT HAPPY with......is the new $39.00 fee just to maintain a budget or is it the locked in price? Either way, it's a rip-off!!!

Staff has been very responsive. Deliveries are on time but not too often. They really match when you need a refill instead of coming needlessly. They're quiet and non-intrusive when they do come. The online payment site is very easy and clear and allows you to access all your different accounts. There is a very small bonus that they give if you pay within 7 days. I'm not sure it's really worth it but it's an extra incentive.
Truck Drivers are friendly.
The service associates are always prompt, kind, courteous and quick to answer every question honestly and intelligently. If service delivery and or equipment repair or maintenance is required, I have found that Griffith Energy always comes quickly and goes beyond my expectations. Good job!
