Arrived on time, explained process, described the, now famous, patented empowered water and it worked great. Good enough in fact that our anticipated carpet replacement, planned for next year, may be delayed for a couple more years. Thanks for the outstanding work.

Our carpet needed a good cleaning. After a rainy and wet winter and spring. 3 big dogs made a mess of our carpet. They came in, told me what they recommended. Now our carpet looks almost brand new. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. No hard sell on the pre treatment. Fast and efficient. Nice guys. I would recommend this company to anybody even thinking about having them do work.

Well it did a good job. And I liked the gentleman that did it. He was professional and straightforward on the pricing. But the pricing was too high. The radio said do 3 rooms for $100 some bucks. I was thinking that would remove the stains my puppy left but the gentleman said if you really want remove the stains then I should select level 2 which is significantly much higher in price. Going in I thought I was going to pay $100 some bucks but ended up paying $833. I won't call it a scam but I think that radio advertisement is to lure you in to make the big sale. Otherwise if the pricing was more reasonable, let's say around $200-$300 then I would have given a 10.
Carpet looks very nice. At first when I saw bedroom, though, carpet was very rippled like it had been stretched. I was quite upset as technician hadn't mentioned anything about that before he left. So I was sort of angry that my carpet was "ruined" and I was not told this. After carpet dried, it "shrunk" back up and now looks ok. I would tell technician that he should mention the possibility of this happening so that it isn't shocking to homeowner when they see.
The guy that came to my home was on time, respectful, and worked quickly and efficiently. My carpets look amazing even the one spot in the basement that has been there over a year is out.
