Eddy was our service tech & he was very knowledgeable. He answered all me questions. I had 1 room that had off white shag carpet that had not been professional cleaned ever. I have a shampooer that I would use from time to time. The carpet is about 22 years old. I didn't have high expectations for it but OMG. It looks so good. Zerorez definitely lived up to its great reputation.I can't imagine using any other service.

Chris was great, he took the time to explain all charges or add-ons, and wasn't pushy. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want, he just sold me on the service. We were looking for something to help stave off carpet replacement for a couple of years, and Chris did the trick. Carpets look great, were cleaned thoroughly, and he was in and out quickly. We will use ZeroRez again, and ask for Chris again.

Very effecient and professional. Would have been nice if our couch could have been a little bit cleaner and we are still waiting on the return of a rug. But overall Zerorez has been great and we would highly recommend or utilize again.

Technician was great. Explained everything he was doing and did a fantastic job. I would strongly recommend he to friends. He might consider changing his phone number to a local number. We didn't answer his call because we had no idea who that was. Also, As we get a bit older, we will not be able to use Zerorez because of the 60lb limit. We won't be able to move furniture the way we did this trip.

I was very impressed by the technician who knew so much about animals and their habits. It was very enlightening. He also listened to my worry about the cost and told me what was needed .He was personable, hard working, efficient. I wish I had known about the additional costs before he came. That alone made me rate a 9. A 10 for the technician (even though he passed on my oatmeal cookies!)

So far, the carpet looks fantastic - with some products within a short time you start to see the dirt rising to the top! From what I've heard about Zerorez this should not be the case!
