We were called prior to Pete arriving on time, we walked down our pet free, kid free, smoke free home following this Pete got right to work, placing corner protectors cleaning the BR carpets. He then did the LR carpet, until I asked him if he was going to move the couch it appeared he was not going to move it after that he moved the rest of the LR furniture. He then started on the couch, love seat and chair on which he done a very good job. After he left we walked down the BR's and found he had not cleaned under one bed and 2 night stands. Having had several homes cleaned prior to this one by other companies I thought furniture would be moved WO being told. Good job other than this one thing, would have been a 10 other than this, pretty pricey though. First name removed & Sandy
