I like the idea that there is no residue. Scott Thomas did an amazing job in getting the carpet as clean as could be expected. I was surprised that the carpet dried as quickly as it did. I will definitely use your services again if I can have Scott do it. I like the idea of a fiber protection so that my carpet will last longer.

Shauna was amazing. Professional, polite, and. Very thorough. She gave us some much needed insight on a basement room which has been smelling a bit wet and funky.
The carpets are do soft and all the "party" stains gone hahaha! Too many drunken friends and this carpet don't mix lol.
