My carpets looked and smelled clean. They helped get rid of a piddle spot one of our dogs made (that I didn't find until it was almost dry) on our brand new carpet. Since then, you could always smell it when it was humid in the house.
Opened the windows yesterday morning, and it was a touch humid but couldn't smell anything which was great!

I like that you are not putting alot of shampoo into my carpets . It causes traffic patterns just days after I would have them cleaned. Scott was so nice and did a great job. He worked hard to get my carpets looking decent after other cleaners. Also, I had not had them cleaned in way too long. My friends and family knew I was going to try your company so have already given you positive feedback. At least three of them are going to call you and others when they need their carpets done..
