Zerorex stands behind their services! Zerorez came to my house and cleaned my carpet in my living room/dining room and an area rug that had a run in with my cat. I watched the technician spend a lot of time cleaning the rug however when I brought the rug back in the house the odor, unfortunately, was still there. I called and left a message asking for them to call me back and Zerorez responded the next workday and the technician and his manager came out and cleaned the rug a second time. I appreciated that they stood behind their services. The rug is now back in the house and I am happy to have chosen Zerorez for the job. Thank you!

Well first I'd definitely recommend Jordan to do your floors as he's never disappointed us with doing ours! The business is very prompt & polite when we call in to either ask about specials or just to set up our appointment.
