Zerorez is a company easy to work with. Personal are polite and prompt. After I made my appointment I received emails reminding me and then a phone call shortly before technician arrived telling me he was on his way.
He was careful of where the hose was so it did not bump against anything and he put protection shields at wall corners. Our carpets have seen many years of use and the tech did a good job on 'walk area's'.
I have used Zerorez the last few cleaning's and will use them again.
