My technician arrived promptly and explained the process thoroughly. He did a great job! My carpets look and feel amazing. We will definitely use Zerorez again.

The young man who came and cleaned our carpet was very professional and polite. He did an amazing job.

I greatly appreciate that they use a natural solution in their cleaning rather than chemicals. I also appreciated that Zerorez was great with communication about when the tech would arrive. They were prompt, arriving 15 mins into the 4 hour time frame. The tech was very knowledgeable, showing me an area of heavy traffic that he would spend extra time on. He was efficient in his work, and had completed everything in under an hour.

I appreciate the hard workers. Not sure who my tech was, but he was wonderful. He apologized profusely for being late, even though it was not his fault. It's always nice when they acknowledge that. He explained everything and was so courteous. Did a fabulous job.

We had carpet deep cleaned for pet urine on December 21, 2023. We are disappointed that the room that was cleaned now has a musty smell and the urine smell is back.

Technicians are always friendly and ontime. The results have always been satisfying. The office stall always called ahead to let us know when the tech. Would be arriving.

Very polite workers. I found many areas on the rugs and the couch that were not cleaned satisfactory. I called and the same person came back and tried to resolve the troubled areas. Many spots still exist and we have decided to hire another company to fix after the holidays.
