I was not home when the tech came to clean our carpets, my husband was and he is a harsh critic. He traditionally does not tip, he was so impressed with his professionalism that he actually tipped him. So clearly, i was pleased and our carpets look great!

I have used zerorez before and have been very happy. I had 2 recliners, sofa, loveseat and 2 area rugs cleaned all turned out great. The furniture was very wet so it took awhile to dry.
