I just was not impressed with the results.
No smells and. And I can tell the bed is cleaner.
I honestly expected MUCH more of the STAINS to be removed.
I'd say that it was A 30% reduction and I expected somewhere closer to 70%. Did not expect all of it to be Removed but just a much larger portion than was actually taken away.

I requested three rooms, hallway and dryer vent. The job was completed in one hour. I feel like the technician rushed through the job. You have a guarantee that the technician will wear gloves and shoe coverings while in the home. The technician was in and out of the house without any shoe coverings multiple times and did not have any gloves on at all. At the end, he seemed very frustrated when trying to connect the dryer vent back. I’ve had no issues with previous technicians, and was very satisfied with previous jobs. So this time around I was not satisfied whatsoever. There was a couple of stains that didn’t get removed and I totally understand , it won’t be perfect but I had to be the one to request for spot treatment. The technician did not even offer and seemed annoyed when I asked. Pretty bummed out that I spent that much money for a job that was rushed and completed in one hour. I’ve recommended ZeroRez multiple times andI will no longer be doing that, I’m actually embarrassed to say what I payed for the job that was done.

The technicians, Cameron and Harrison, arrived on time & were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable about the services that would best meet my needs. My carpets turned out great. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and recommend them to others as it was a great value for the price. I’m extremely happy with the services I received.

My question is this, why does a supervisor ever need to come to a home so your carpets get cleaned the right way? If you put someone out there with limited training and they do what they think is a great job but then they are called back several times to get the job right. It becomes a huge hit on the companies credibility. If a company wants “a perfect job” done right it becomes training, training, training so the company knows when the tech goes out the job is done perfectly the first time and the company gets a rave review. It took a supervisor to come a do our carpets correctly and he did an excellent job and we thank him for that.

Your tech raced through the house where a good carpet cleaner will take their time to get it right the first time instead of 2 or 3 times coming back to do the job right. He also gave my wife static about coming back to redo our carpets and to top it off I told Rosi he needs to come back for both the kitchen and front room, he didn’t do the kitchen. I have been cleaning commercial carpets for over 20yrs and racing through a job is never ever done. This tech in my opinion did the worst job on our carpets out of all your other techs you had and there was one girl who actually did a bang up job on our carpets. You need to train your techs to slow it down and clean the carpets correctly. Has it stands I’m not sure we’ll have you clean our carpets again.
