the young man was very nice, did a great job with my furniture. i showed him 2 spots in the bedroom and one area in the front room. the carpet was wet when i checked it prior to leaving and i did not see the stains. after the carpet dried i say the same stains on my carpet as before it was cleaned. not sure if it was worth the money to see the same things back. my carpet is only 2 years old.

How serious you are about making sure you do everything you can to make the carpet as clean as possible. Your carpet cleaner guys act like it’s their own house. What a joy to get good service! Also you are very punctual and very friendly. I will recommend you to everyone I know.
Carpet is still wet have fans on to dry got done 1pm Saturday. Sunday still wat tech was friendly said be dry 4 to 5 hours

It's just that you don't guarantee that spots will come up. When I have my carpets cleaned, I don't expect to see spots still there.
The young man who did the work was very conscientious and worked hard. I just think maybe your way of doing carpet shampooing doesn't work as well as some others.

We had Zerorez come in and shampoo all our bedrooms which are carpeted. We also had our ducts and air vents cleaned. The nice gentleman who showed up was named Harrison. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the services he was providing, he took the time to explain them. He even told us about the benefits of doing a "fog" treatment in our ducts, so we upgraded to that service as well.
We had an amazing experience with Harrison at Zerorez and our carpets look amazing!!
