Zerorez did a fabulous job on my carpets! When I showed the technician the wear pattern in my bedroom he said he would work hard on that area. I told him that I was sure no carpet cleaning could take care of this wear pattern. I was amazed that how the traffic pattern disappeared! The whole house (and, couch) look amazing and it's been over two weeks now. I have never had results like this from any other carpet cleaning company. He spent over 5 hrs here, was courteous, informative, and a hard worker. Thank you zerorez, I've already recommended you to friends!

Most of the carpet looks really good. But there were some small coffee stains in two different places in the house that didn't come out. And another stain that might have been a small grease spot. The grease spot just spread out, but didn't come out. The coffee stains were still there. After he left and the carpet dried, I saw them and used Spot Shot and got all those stains out. But I had expected that when I had my carpet cleaned, coffee stains should have come out - not that I would have to do it myself after getting my carpets cleaned.
We have used Zerorez for several years now and the technicians are always prompt and efficient and the carpets look GREAT when they are done.

Quality service is great, and carpets always come out very clean.
Guys did and exceptional job. I have had Zero Rez clean our carpets several times in the past but they never used the powered scrubber brush that Nick used. Really did a good job. Just wish that it had been used in the past.
The customer service was great. He took his time and answered all my questions also feel very comfortable around him.
