I was disappointed in my recent cleaning. Although they pointed out a stain in one room they thought might not get removed(yet did a great job removing it the master bedroom was a true disappointment. I can even tell anything was cleaned. The entry to the room was and still is pretty soiled (with normal dirt and tracked in debris) . The master is where I spend the majority of my time and the main reason for the cleaning was for that room. I would love someone to come review the cleaning job and verify it is the best it could have been done.

Service was excellent, Alex (think that was his name) was amazing and professional! I appreciate getting my carpets cleaned! It has been 12 years since they were done professionally. We do it with a home carpet cleaner, but professionally done is what they needed. Thank you for having this special. Money is very tight these days so things like this are usually now a luxury.
The first time was awesome. That was a little over 4 months ago. This time was good, but the carpet is still damp more than 24 hours later and the track areas didn’t clean up near as nice.. the server was nice, the pretreat machine was kindof clogged but apparently fixed

My grout looks very nice after the cleaning. It just left a white residue afterwards that washed off with water. Overall I thought it was a good job!

We cancelled service. They did a great job on center of room but did not clean the perimeter. I r requested to be fixed Payed for service. 2nd time in a row the floors not cleaned around edges.
People are nice but never reached back out to attempt to fix. Never returned keys to our building.
