I am not impressed. I feel nothing was really done carpet not.wet at all except where a treatment went. Some stains came out. But the stain that literally was the night before is still there. Not impressed. Told daughter in law that we had them come and she's like nooo they cleaned there's and they used there shampooer after they left because it smelled also.like urine. So they dumped vinegar and water on the carpet and pulled soooo much dirt out. Wish I would have known before wasting my money. Live and learn I guess

I’ve used you guys several times with good results. This time, I’m not sure what happened. No animal stains or other craziness, just normal high traffic dirt. Some of the traffic spots didn’t get as clean as they have in the past. My feeling is that if they had got a little more attention with pretreat and prescribed, they would have come out better. I don’t know how you can make things “right”. I’m gonna get my shampooer out and try it on these couple of areas and see if they come any cleaner. I’ll let you know.

I had zerorez come out to my home to clean my couches. They sent Nathan and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained the process very well. He showed up on time and I felt that he did not rush through, took his time and did a very thorough job. I use thier services for my carpets and will now be using them to for my furniture.

They were able to finish up a concern on the cleaning of an area rug and it looks great! Great to see good customer service.

Guys were very efficient, the packing was adequate but I feel, there might have been more though into the weight distribution based on the load. The trailer when done was heavy front loaded and was had on the Suburban which is a decent vehicle and had a tow package. I think they thought the appliances might be heavier but since there was no refrigerator or stove and the washer and dryer were relatively light, the only weight mid trailer was a dresser. I will probably redistribute prior to moving cross country. The load was temporarily moved from Washington to California, just to note.

Nick and Brandon were trained-up, efficient, well groomed and uniformed, very friendly, answered my questions and after I walked down the job and explained what I expected (knowing that the best carpet cleaning can't fix worn/abused carpets) they described the results that they could achieve.
