When I call zero rest to come clean my carpets I was concerned about a pet smell they were telling me about the pet treatment which I wanted. When it came down to the cleaning I did not get the pet treatment even though I clearly asked for the pet treatment. When I called back and talked to the operator they let me know that I did not get the pet treatment. But offered to come out for an additional fee to redo that using their pet treatment. I am unhappy that I was not taken care of the right way the first time. And even less happy that I was not given a way to make it right.

Our carpets and couch look brand new and I didn’t have to worry about the products used harming my 11 month old.

They were right on time, got right to work and did a great job!

I had my carpets cleaned with topical cleaning never being told about the the sublevel cleaning. It was not until the appointment was over that my technician told me about a sublevel cleaning. The topical did not take care of the cleaning so I called the office and asked about the sublevel cleaning. I was told that the solution would be placed on the carpet and would be left to soak in for 30 minutes to be sure to penetrate to fully clean all the carpet, pad and subfloor. I paid for 3 gallons (4 gallons were used) of solution but the technician put the solution on a small area and the only time it was left to sit and penetrate was the time it took to put the vacuum on the area and soak it up, never for 30 minutes. The pet urine smell is still very strong in this area. To make it right, there is one technician (I don't remember his name but I believe he was your lead commercial technician) he came and let the product sit on the carpet and when he left, the carpet looked and smelled great. I would like him to come and reclean the areas the other technician cleaned at no coast to me. After the subcleaning I would like the topical cleaning with the carpet protectant to get this carpet fully cleaned and protected. I have paid for all these services but right now, I can barely open the door of my gues room because it smells so bad.

The tech was very polite and professional. The service cleaned my carpet very well.

The guy who came to do the carpets was very nice but the carpets themself didn’t look different. My husband and I both agreed they don’t even look clean, all the stains are still in the carpets. At this point I wish I would have looked into different companies instead of going with the first company that popped up on google.

Nick was on time, professional and did a fantastic job as usual! He was also able to get rid of the two coffee stains in our office.

I like that you arrive on time and clean the rooms as promised. The young man was very pleasant. He addressed every question and concern respectfully. I also like the fact that your products do not leave a smell or sticky residue on my carpet.
