He explained everything step by step and even corrected a mistake on my end, in the ordering process online, and saved me some money! He was top notch and we will be calling on him again for sure! There is still 1 very large spot on my carpet that feels crunchy from something like coffee being spilled. We have lifeproof carpet and it should have no trouble coming out. Can we have this addressed? The room is still empty
