Our tech was very helpful and answered all my questions. He would wear his bootys at all times and very friendly.
The technician was nice and knew what he was doing. It was frustrating that I told the person when I called exactly what we had and what needed to be cleaned. When the tech came out it turned out to be a extra $70 more then what was quoted even tho I told them exactly what was being cleaned.
Service tech was just great.
The upstairs looks good but the downstairs still has staining on traffic marks and spots. I was disappointed in that. the rest of the house looks good. but i wouldn't recommend for that reason
The services are very good. The technician explain what he can do and work very hard remove stubborn stains. He is friendly.

The communication was excellent, a technician was running late but they kept me updated on when he would be at my house. When he got here he listened to my concerns, treated those areas , and then cleaned the carpets. It was quick and the carpets look great!
My rugs look wonderful after they are cleaned and dry quickly. So pleasant to work with the people who come to do the job!! I have had Zerorez many rimes and hive never been disappointed.

I thought the service was done well and professional, I would like them to go a touch slower on the carpet so more dirt is removed, however I thought the end result looked very good.

Pretreatment and the step 1 brush got so much out of our carpets. I was amazed at what was lurking in our carpets that we were unaware of.

The person that I spoke with on the phone was not very friendly. She seemed very irritated to be answering the phone and discussing the process. The technician that came out was amazing. Very friendly, professional and efficient!
Surprised at how all stains were lifted and have stayed away—I waited almost a month to leave a review because in the past I’ve had carpet cleanings from other companies that the stains come right back.
My technician was great at educating me on what kind of stains we had and he used a technique to lift them and they have NOT come back!! Feels like I remodeled! Very affordable for how thorough of a job he did.

Paid $318 (including the pet fee) for a carpet cleaning. Was told if not satisfied within 72 hours to call. Carpet smelled bad, so after about 60 hours called and was told they would come back out (an unknown expense). I told the person on the phone that I did not want to pay more. They said they would come back out and clean the carpets again. Scheduled to come back out. When they came back out they said it would be another $150-$300, and refused to clean the carpets again. I have had several friends that have had Zerorez come out. Have gotten very mixed reviews. Seems like it really depends upon the technician as to the service quality. Why would I pay another $300 when I had just paid $318 and my house smells worse than it did before? Not satisfied at all.
