Always courteous and professional. They waste no time getting the job done and are great about keeping you updated about their arrival time.
The additional costs seems a little pricey, whether it looks like a stain or ot, the area should be tried first then if it doesn't come up then ask the client if they would like to try a spot remover.

be more careful. the threshold of one of my rooms was chipped by the machine used to clean. I didn't notice this until after the tech left. My living room area rug still looks stained after it dried. If there is a 30 days satisfaction guarantee, I would like to have it redone at no charge if it isn't any trouble. Thank you.

Some other companies move furniture & place the form pieces underneath themselves when placing furniture back in place. We had to do that ourselves with your company. The pricing for those companies is similar & they do well too. I did think the tech did a great job & worked hard.
Well, the technician was great and he explained everything. My only problem is that, in order for me to have gotten my bedroom, walk-in closet and small hallway actually clean and pet urine free...I would had to have spent somewhere around 500 to 600 dollars if not more. I was told there were 6 or so spots that need extraction that were 65 dollars each. On top of the cost to just clean the carpets. He did say that if I just did the regular cleaning it could cause the urine smell to come up. And it did. I just don’t think it should cost that much to get urine out. And I still paid 180 for my carpets to still smell.

There are still spots and some odor. Matthew
explained I would need to spend up to $400 more. Wow! Over $700 to get a carpet cleaned. Matthew was knowledgeable and friendly.
The guy who did the work was awesome! Very friendly and professional! The problem is you are not set up to clean 100% of duct work. I'll be calling an HVAC company next time.
The associate who did our carpet was very professional and he did an immaculate job. He wore shoe covers and the carpet looked brand new and there was no smell when he was done. The price was on the low end and the .equipment was brand new. This is the only carpet cleaning firm that Costless Carpet would endorse because Zerorez uses nothing that will leave a smell or residue. We have another big job coming up and Zerorez gets that job.
