The Technician did a pretty great job. I would like to retain the last Technician for the next job.
Nicholas was great. The stains in my carpet came back however. I called them, no return call. The next day I called again and the next day Nicholas was back and the stains were gone. Thank you, it was a thought job.
The guy had explained everything it was great to know everything that was going on!

This is the second time we’ve had carpet cleaning by Zerorez, and although the first time was good, this time the two gentlemen that came out did an OUTSTANDING job! They were both so personable and really spent the time needed to make our carpets look amazing! We are listing our home this week and the carpets look new, we are impressed. The guys worked so hard, especially on the stairs! That’s tough work, we know, but they really have it their all! Thank you for sending two hard working go getters to help us!!

The people that came out were very informative and professional. They did a wonderful job and they explained any questions I had. When they finished the carpets looked great. This work was done at the church that I attend and it gets dirty, they were able to take care of the "trouble"spots.

Overall you did a great job...... there were just a couple spots that didn’t come out that surprised me. One of them being pen ink.
