Everything was great, and ive always loved the outcome. This time it just seemed like there is still dirty spots on the brand new carpet that should of came out. But will still use you guys in the future

We like the way our carpet looks after treatment. It is pretty old so has some bad spots that required some extra effort. We liked the professional way in which the employee worked and his courteous demeanor.

Are you kidding? I loved everything about Zeroez! From your processing of the water you use for the rug cleaning , to my technician using the UV light to show me all my stains that my eyes could not see. Then the technician taking time with me explaining how he was going to get them up and even gave me more knowledge about pet stains! (Who knew)! The technician was extremely helpful, professional, kind and very knowledgeable about Zeroez products, carpet’s and stains. He was Great! Then he explained to me before he left how to take care of the my carpet afterwards.... Thank you for everything your company represents!!
Clean, safe, carpets look clean , smell clean and they were soft when it was dry.
It was easy to set up the appointment and the service tech was on time. The carpets were cleaned well.
Tech was knowledgeable and personable. Took the time to explain process and how he would accomplish our job specifically to our needs.
They were very prompt and most of all pleasant when I notified them the stain had returned and I was upset. They cans back the very next day after I called.

I took advantage of a 99.00 special but by the time I paid for all the extras it was 300.00. Maybe have specials on other services to add to room special.

Michael came today...what a trooper!! He was very informative, showing all of the problem areas etc. He did an exceptionally nice cleaning job on the carpet and upholstered couches. Several thumbs up for Michael !!!
