They were very helpful. I called to see if certain items were in stock and I was able to get a very quick response. When I went in I found exactly what I was looking for and one of the staff members was able to help me install the hitch rack I purchased.

I had a flat tire and my bike would not fit in my car. I called the store and you had a service van in my driveway within 2 hours! My bike was fixed and I was on the trail. I could not be happier. Thank you so much!

I really appreciate your knowledgeable and helpful associates. KC and Corey were great. I had a problem with the pedals and toe clips that I bought and had installed at your store, and KC replaced them and solved the problem. KC also was very helpful in helping me choose the right road bike in the right size for me. Can’t thank him enough!
