I bought a Kuat 2-bike platform rack from Jacob. He provided excellent service. He was well informed about the pros and cons of this rack versus others. Once I made the decision to purchase, he had the assembled the rack ready for pick up at the specified time. He helped mount the rack and made sure I understood how everything worked. Thanks. I had what I thought was an unusual problem with the bottom bracket shell on my carbon fiber Trek Madone 5.2 from 2010. The bike gets a lot of use and has been an awesome bike. I had a lot of play in the bottom bracket. The original and new bearings would fall out once the cranks where removed. I explained my issue to Master Service Technician Torsten. He knew exactly what I was talking about and had me bring my bike in for the necessary repair. A few days later, I had my bike back and it was riding better than it has in several years. Another bike shop had looked at my bike and recommended that I take it to the Trek Store of Highland Park. To me, that also says a lot about the service and reputation of this store and the staff. The 40 minute drive was well worth it. In addition to Torsten, every person that I talked to on the phone and in person was awesome too. I hope to be buying a new Trek Road Bike soon and I will definitely be shopping at the Trek Store of Highland Park!
