As far as realtors go, I am sure Mainstreet is a good organization. However, your mandate that appraisers, who for the most part are only members for the use of the MLS pay full dues is criminal. There used to be a category which took this into consideration, but obviously the greed and need for money has trumped what is fair. Your organization offers me nothing in return for the exorbitant dues you charge me. You want to change my opinion, then be fair.

I caught a realtor trespassing all around on my property after he went to the front door where it says no trespassing and no soliciting. Money was standing on my patio behind my house after he tripped all my cameras I asked him why he was trespassing on my property. He replied I'm not trespassing if nobody's here. I called his supervisor at the Caldwell banker in Libertyville talked to Gina. She told me that he should know better than trespass he's trying to sell property that's located behind my house. He asked me if I wanted to purchase it. I said that does not excuse you to trust pass. Then he retaliated and called code enforcement on me and lied told them I had two structures on the property that's for sale. I showed code enforcement officer there is no structures in that property that's for sale and he was upset also. I think this behavior is unexcusable and very unprofessional .

I feel the dues keep going up and we really aren't getting anything for the money.
When we call in to discuss an issue, it takes a while to get answers. The multiple offers this year were terrible. Realtors were doing whatever they wanted and you truly did not know if there were multiple offers. Years ago we had where you had to register your offers, that was a good way to tell if a property really had multiple offers. It seems like we have all these real estate laws to follow but when it comes down to it, realtors do anything they want with no repercussions.
Reporting a property under contract in 24 hours is not followed, not to mention how about plain courtesy, letting another licensee know that you "accepted" a verbal offer which means nothing but it does to some licensees and you proceed to show a property only to find out a verbal offer was accepted. I guess Illinois laws don't apply to those agents. And those of us who still follow the ethics and rules look like fools to our clients. There are so many rude agents in this business, I would like to have more on values and morals of the agents. Thank you I spoke my peace!!!!

Reduce Fees
I'm a leasing agent why must I pay the same yearly fee as a broker. This is crazy I don't have the same access as a broker. My yearly fee should be a lot cheaper, if I'm pay the same price as a broker give me the same access.
You might say you don't have anything to do with this, it the state but surely you can talk to the state about this, its not fair. I feel like you are punishing me because I'm not a broker.
No reminders for bills due near the due date and after, scummy mentality just to get late fees like many other banks

Allow us to be able to make payments over the year. The big lump sums often arent obtainable for new realtors or those struggling to make the required payments and it will make it easier for those of us that need that option
