For me. It has served me well as a RD Board. I like the classes offered and they are prompt with answers if I ever need an answer for something.
They are always super helpful when I call and offer so much for realtors who are just starting out or are seasoned in the business.
This association is the only one I have ever had and it works well for me. I find the information I need, I like infosparks, and I like the continual improvements made to the system.
Staff is always available for its member with the best educational programs.

Simple you don’t do anything for realtors, all you do collect fees. Even then you try to trick ppl into supporting your alt-right pac.
I had a Client who refused to pay me. You had a mediation and arbitration whatever that just wasted my time. Then I was told to just let it go. The creeps then tried filling complaints against me. MRED assumed I was wrong. I had to fight her in court snd you ppl on the phone & in writing. What what do you do for realtors? I’m only member so I can see MLS listings.
They keep you informed and offer multiple classes
The availability and options of classes to better yourself and business, the availability of knowledgeable staff to assist and answer questions or help when needed and the communication through email and MRED - helping keep me updated of important changes, updates and news.

The service has gotten poor since the pandemic

Perhaps you can have an automated system to find out what and where
the calls should be transferred too.
Waiting on line for more then 3 minutes is totally unacceptable.

Actually having things that benefit appraisers and not just realtors. There is NEVER anything for us. No classes, no credits, no benefits - nothing. It’s all bulkshit

We should have sold off our own listings. It does not seem right that I go and get
the listing and another agent pays money to get a buyer for my listing.
