The staff is professional and effective.
Lower your costs. You have too much overhead with high salaries for the executives. Plus you make changes just to make it look like you are improving but in the process it lines the Attorney's pockets.
Amazing and Professional Staff.
I belong to two States and Mainstreet is by far my favorite because of the content and customer service we get. Everyone you reach out to with questions or needing help are always nice and helpful. They never make you feel like you should know something and not be bothering them. That is greatly appreciated!

Great CE courses
Mainstreet is an amazing organization. There is a great selection of courses and continuing education classes and the instructors are all top notch. I would highly recommend Mainstreet.

Pay a lot of money annually for little to no representation. Other than MLS access, I don’t see the point in this.

I love the wide array of classes offered, as well as the personal support I receive as a Mainstreet member.
The variety and ease of use
Our association keeps us informed of all the new changes and laws. Also the friendly staff. The coffee zoom is very informative. The last one that Kate held was outstanding. It taught us how to navigate through the forms that have been updated.
I just finished 18 hours of my C E requirement. The managing broker and core class were the best I have ever attended.
I walked away with the forms I needed to do business.

I asked for help to obtain an important Realtor form that is not in our system and was told that someone would find the form and get back to me, that never happened.
Mai street is a terrific board who takes care of its members. The staff is attentive to the needs of our Realtors to help them succeed with the utmost in professionalism. From the training classes, informative events, fun events it’s a board that is immersed in inclusivity. The Affiliate programs and respect for our Affiliate members is tremendous.
Super high fees for nothing in return
The state has no record of my renewing of my license. I mailed in the renewal paperwork with a check for the fees. The check was cashed. I have left over 10 messages for the state to call me back but to no avail. When I called you guys for help all you said was we can't do anything until the state reactivates your license. I have no access to the MLS. This is absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for nothing.
Personal service
The phone crew couldn’t be better. That phone line is very available when we need it. Even on weekends.

Phones always busy. Sometimes no answer. Not enough new trainers. Same people all the time. Not exciting or motivating where I want to come and be involved like years past
