Not much today. I left 2 voice mails with Membership to get information for a new agent I was signing up at 12:30 today. NO ONE called me back.
Very friendly
I feel fees are entirely too high and they are continously increasing and should be split up as far as due dates, and not be due around the holiday time.

Seems like a lot of money for not much. Realtors constantly violate rules/regulations/requirements; list properties incorrectly, and it seems like no one follows up, because the same incorrect listings keep turning up.

No store anymore. Communications regarding fees are not polite/respectful. Fees come at the absolute worst time of year.
Since there is no choice but to join, I don't see why this question matters.

I have submitted a name change to the organization about 3 years ago and still it's not applied! Representatives answering the phone at the Mainstreet Organization of realtors are more than RUDE!
Realtors in DuPage county should have a CHOICE what association they'd like to below to if ANY!

I feel the services provided are excellent. I especially like the training available, both classroom and video/internet, as it greatly assists in the training of new agents. All the people who work at Mainstreet have always been very courteous and helpful. Don Gudmundson
The website is very good and the access to continuing education at the Board (especially Arlington Heights location). I like the professional and courteous services I have always received when calling the Board. I like the email updates. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

I like the free classes offered and the prices for the CE along with free lunches. I hate the $505 dues at the end of the year right before Christmas. That takes away from my family Christmas as I am not a million dollar producer. Will you be offering REO classes so we can get into the REO listings. I could really use that CE and how to break into the REO listings. There are so many scams out here trying to get realtors to purchase for REO until I don't know what is authentic. I know if it comes from Mainstreet it is the real deal. I know you are a trusted organization. I would feel better paying Mainstreet to help me get REO listings.
