I think a variety of classes would make this a 10. I find myself having to take a few classes at C.A.R.

Being new to the Real Estate industry and not knowing anyone in the industry, I would have liked more guidance with the the set up process and the fees also all the different branches of associations and who handles what type of service. It's a bit overwhelming at first.
I was also very unhappy about my recent SFR class which I already have discussed with Pam Krieter and we have resolved the issue.

Anytime you have a question you can pick up the phone and get guidance from a representative from your office. As a new realtor in the industry I've reached out to your office as needed. Everyone has always been very helpful.
it's getting pretty costly dues seem to increase yearly a reduction in dues would be helpful
The assoc offers so much that majority of Realtors don't realize including myself of the full scope. As a broker every year there are complaints about fees but I always try to direct them to what you offer and that eases the pain.
The association provides wealth of updates via the worldwide web.
