I could not ask for a better Association as a Managing Broker. Your support and help are incredible and invaluable. And the people I speak to are never making me feel stupid or uninformed. They really want to help us and it shows ! What a great association to belong to as a broker and managing broker.
I almost joined another association years ago and I would have been so unhappy. A colleague referred me to your association and every year on his Christmas card I thank him for the referral. Being with like minded positive people means everything to me.

Main Street Organization of Realtors does a great job in keeping agents up to date on what is happening in our field, gives great options for CE and Designations and offers a multitude of programs that benefit agents.
I like the fact when I have a problem or just a question I can call and I always seem to get a very helpful and pleasant person on the other end! That means a lot!

Not allowing Sentrilock one day codes is a big problem. I have heard some argue that an agent has to have a Sentricard as one of the 'tools' in their 'toolbox'. I would say that by not allowing me to utilize one day codes, you are taking a 'tool' out of my 'toolbox'. I have run into numerous issues where using a one day code could have helped my client and get a transaction closed. I almost switched boards a couple of months ago, but am hoping Mainstreet does the right thing. If not we will leave. This is impeding our ability to assist our sellers and get business done.

Also, all of your emails, but most importantly those regarding invoices and money I owe, seem to go into spam/junk and then my office Broker calls and end up finding out I need to pay that way. By then I have been assessed a late fee, so it's very aggravating!

Brokers should be the ones to decide whether or not to allow 1 day codes on their keyboxes, not the association!
