I always get my questions answered. I like the seminars and classes offered and that so many are Free. the fact that we truly can be paperless if we choose to be. If I had more time I'd write more down.

I am licensed but do not actively list and sell, I do not see why I have to be a member and pay over $500 a year. That is very stressful, I do not earn commission.

I am pretty new...I have had many positive experiences thus far...sorry I'm not being more specific....the only negative I have had is that $500 bill due December 1st...ouch! Couldn't you do that non-xmas, non-tax time?

Have evening hours 1 night a week or once a month. Or possible have some classes in the evening.
I have no idea what MORE would have to offer anyone that is not a Realtor or that does not directly serve the Realtor. I have no idea what MORE can offer my friend or business associate.
I find the fees high for the services provided. Lower dues.

Up dating sentrilock to b extended to a week so we do not have to update it everyday
The staff, especially training, are very helpful. Your dues are yo high, and your breakdown of fees and payment page are not user friendly. Please stop including fees that are not required. It seems so sneaky.

The biggest issue is we are an appraisal office and the Realtor Association does not know how to deal with appraisers. It start with charging appraisers the same as Brokers. When other than the MLS the Realtor Association does not do anything for appraiser other than force us to be members to get access to the MLS and it gets worse from there. The worse thing is siding with brokers to be allowed to value property for banking purpose. We have brokers on staff and even they think BPO's are a joke and should be gotten rid of.
