MORE has improved by offering more programs in other areas such as the Arlington Heights building. Keep doing that and increase the offerings. Going to Downers Grove to attend a program, pretty much takes up the whole day. The education and programs are important but the time to get to and from (when they are not in a location closer to me) takes time away from business activities. And that what this should be all about.
Make the publicity flyers easier to read. They all look the same and are crammed with info - some necessary and some no - and it's tempting to skip reading them rather than take the time to read what they are all about.

I appreciate all the information given to all new and returning agents. Personally, I would prefer to experience all that Mainstreet, Realtor.org, and MLS had to offer in 3 sessions of shorter duration. Maybe 8-12 over a 3 day span would allow for better retention of the material along with time to become more familiar with the products provided. Otherwise it was a great experience.
Mainstreet Organization of Raltors consistantly makes an effort to keep its members up to date on everything. You provide informative and up-to-the-minute sessions/seminars on all the issues and topics that affect not only our business, but also us, as Realtors. On top of that, everyone at Mainstreet is friendly and always willing to be of service. I enjoy going to MORe no matter what the reason may be!
The agents who work the phones are very knowledgeable and helpful - it gives me great comfort to know I'm only a phone call away from getting the help I need

Satellite locations do not get the same quality of training as the main location. With certain instructors. Carrie did a fine job of repeating each question asked so that the satellite locations could benefit from the questions and answers given. The Wednesday class was not as well presented as the class on Thursday.
Easily reachable, always are able to answer any questions I have. Also good CE teachers.
