Your prices are higher than others and they offer the same type of programs. It would be nice if the prices went down. Also, when having to pay dues, do not add donations that are filled out for more money. It was very confusing paying my dues when it looked as if 40$ got added on. I didn't see what the additional charges were until I went further down the payment process. Not right.
We are well informed on all topics and usually don't have any confusion of the issues at hand.

Let new agents know the lifecycle of what they need to do and in what order. I wanted to get all my requirements done asap. My JumpStart was scheduled two months after I started. I took the post license class with another organization, then took JumpStart due to the late date...wish I would of been able to take the post with you!!!

Nothing against Main Street, the NAR extorts a ridiculous amount of money from everyone involved. The yearly fee is ridiculous and for appraisers in particular. If not for us, few properties would be sold in many markets and we get nothing from the NAR. 70,000+ appraisers @ $535=$37,450,000.....for what ?
