i joined your organization 6 months ago, therefore I have not been able to take advantage of all your programs.
Educate agents on what they are selling.. you concentrate on ethics and professional standards which is great. But, 95% of the agents have no idea how to be a salesperson and understanding the product they are selling. 95% of the buyers agents see no value in the property that their client wants to buy... they just want to steal it at a low price. This upsets Sellers and makes prices decline when the rest of the market is going up nationwide. If they understood what they were selling, then they can educate their buyers on how to substanitate a good offer.
MORe is an outstanding organization. I like the professional care I receive from the staff, every time I need their services.

As business had dwindled I think the fees should be adjusted downward. Then dues always a ke my Christmas money.would like to be on a monthly payment schedule or be allowed to put the payment on multiple cards

I wanted to report several Sentri-Lock violations however the disciplinary fee for the violators was ridiculous and would have caused my reputation to suffer and I am the injured party. It would seem to me, I should be able to come to Mainstreet for support but that was not the case.
