Two many levels of services and charges that lack efficiency and increase fees.
The membership dues are too high. And I do understand some cost continue to rise but every year the dues continue to be inflated versus the value of the program. More importantly, I've emailed complaints to the this Board on concerning Realtors not responding at all to requests to show their listings and I've not once received a response from Mainstreet nor the Realtors who practice this behavior.
Do not let calls go to voice mail and then never get returned. A person answering would be wonderful.

The dues are really getting out of hand! Hard to pay $500 at this time of year on top of all the other expenses during the year, it is really getting very expensive to keep a license, and I have had a license since 1982!
