You need to come up with a payment plan for the yearly dues
I always get a quick response to any questions I have. Someone always answers the phone when I call. I recently sponsored a new agent that was with C.A.R. previously and the new member received her agent id the same day the paper work was submitted. This is one reason I switched my office to Mainstreet from C.A.R. in the first place. I was tired of leaving messages and wait for a day or two to get a return phone call, and it would take a few days to get a new agent on line too. The staff at Mainstreet is always friendly. More classes and events available to members.
Very easy to get access to what u need and stay on top of new items on market

MLS gave away keys to business for short term monitary gains . Result is the industry sold out . Must model MLS like loopnet. No one enters unless you are broker . If this does not change fast zillow will own MLS soon .
