I think that it is nice to have so many tools included in our membership. I think MORe has great education opportunities at reasonable costs for members.

Allow for quarterly or semi-annual payment of dues(like other area boards) instead of hitting members up for $500 + each year at the holidays.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

No one day sentrilock codes allowed specificall by this board. Also i got a false call saying i owed dues, i panicked as to what happened to my payment only to be told by a rep w maonstreet the call was an error.

What could we do to improve?

Based on conversations with other appraisers across the country your service is superior but it is geared towards realtors not appraisers. Appraisers are required to pay the same membership dues as realtors. Maybe improving services to appraisers is in order
