Lock boxes are one of the main services we rely on ...in our area more than half of the agents do not have key cards...With no one day codes we are either losing showings and sales or we are putting on combo lock boxes,or meeting agents for showings...I have recommend that our office join a different board.

Clearly, I would say you have very professional instructors. I have been around a long time and feel the tools which are offered to us frankly keep us up to date. The Mainstreet support team is always very helpful as well. With that being said, I certainly would inform new Brokers what is offered to them to boost their business.

I'm rather frustrated about the annual dues payment emails. I got an email in July and a reminder in November. I get nearly a hundred emails A DAY (I have another job besides being a realtor....) and I have a lot on my plate. If you're going to send out a reminder notice THREE MONTHS later, why can't you send out an additional reminder a week later BEFORE it's late?? Two emails in a week will stick in my brain a lot better than two emails in three months.

I like the continuing education classes. Whenever I've had a question I get a quick response.
Barbara at the Tinley office is quite friendly, and even provided sandwiches, I believe for the "Jump Start" continuing education class two weeks ago. She seems very knowledgable.

Mainstreet stays ahead of the curve by providing services, training and seminars that members are seeking. They are responsive to input from members and continue to evolve. As a GRI and having networked with Realtors from other areas I have come to greatly appreciate our Mainstreet and what it provides. Kudos for a job well done.
