Responsiveness
REALTORS have always needed a voice to maintain a viable industry free of unnecessary regulations imposed on impulse. Our local association has always stood for and with its members during times of change and challenge. As a retired REALTOR and past president, the best efforts have always been to best serve the needs of the members. I find our local association to be the very best at keeping members abreast of current trends, training for now and in the future and advancing the advantages of technology to make our jobs easier. The staff should be thanked, appreciated and supported.

There is nothing not to like about the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, I am very satisfied and happy with all the benefits that the Organization has to offer and the way the board handles the Organization, and the way the Mainstreet office people handles and treat the Realtors in a very efficient and cordial manner.

You need to come up with a payment plan for the yearly dues
I always get a quick response to any questions I have. Someone always answers the phone when I call. I recently sponsored a new agent that was with C.A.R. previously and the new member received her agent id the same day the paper work was submitted. This is one reason I switched my office to Mainstreet from C.A.R. in the first place. I was tired of leaving messages and wait for a day or two to get a return phone call, and it would take a few days to get a new agent on line too. The staff at Mainstreet is always friendly. More classes and events available to members.
Very easy to get access to what u need and stay on top of new items on market
The variety of classes and other offerings.

Not really disappointed but just don't know what Mainstreet does for me that's of importance. I don't do CE through Mainstreet and I don't shop for most supplies there. The only thing I can see is that I have to go to the Board to get lock boxes.
