Had trouble paying my bill on line. Wouldn't work.

Offer some classes in the evenings or on weekends. I cannot attend anything available, so I'm not getting much out of my fees.
Also, the required key locks are EXPENSIVE, especially for a new agent. I also wasn't able to show my clients anything until I received your key card, so it made for an extremely poor experience.
The workshops and professional training you offer
I never seem to be able to get a hold of the person or dept. I need to speak to when I have a question.
Frustrated! Every year I think I am set up for auto bill pay and I always get a fee!
