One thing I truly like is that when I contacted Mainstreet by phone and no one was available to assist me at that time ( I left a message). I received a call back the same day and the young woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

1. My assistant called Sentrilock from my office to trouble shoot several boxes, I got charged $1,000 since "my board" voted against me. 2nd: I had an agent call several of my clients while I had them listed, I have submitted an email from the son of the realtor that did it, admitting it, and "my board" still voted against me. I get nothing from Main Street an would leave it I could. Scam board that doesn't care about being right, just wants money. And yes, I will try and let all my fellow realtor's know what I've gone thru.
