Tried to register for an event with no luck. Link to live chat also was unsuccessful. Web site not user friendly.

The employees at Mainstreet are knowledgeable & friendly. They all give the impression that they care about the members & want to help, answer questions, etc. Their follow-up is great! I've often heard about news in the industry through Mainstreet, prior to other sources - they make an effort to keep the members as current as possible on things that affect its members & our business.
