Education Location you need to make that convenient to other realtor ,lake county realtor they need to drive to downers grove for class ,diversified the classes location ,every one has opportunity to take class or by O'Hare area close to every one .
I feel the association is too large to interact with the membership, and the annual fee is too high.

You guys are awesome! But what I don't like is the billing system. I looked up my balance and it showed a 0 due. But when I clicked on another page, I found I owed $170 in dues. Please just put ANY balance due on 1 page so it is easy for us to see and pay. I knew I owed $170 but my balance showed zero. Just make it easier for us to pay our dues/bills. Thanks!
I don't feel that "personal connection" like I did when the board office was up north.
