Everyone is very helpful and easy to understand. Their attitudes are positive and always helpful.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It is all about customer care and service. Some are better than others. I think having a information desk in front would be helpful especially
with the changes in apps on i-phones and other technology changes.
Guiding people to the right site is important and that was a turn off as the person in the center office seemed put out and not very friendly.
It was however the end of the week so that might have been her beef. Tired or Sluggish it looked like to me.

The costs keep going up for a lot of useless add on programs. I used to feel We had the best Assoc. But am finding that they have grown to big and lost sight of the needs of the Realtor.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

With decline of Illinois realtors, the association makes up the difference by adding additional fees to those of us that are trying to maintain. No additional incentives or perks have been added for members.

Saturday and offices closed. Dues deadline today and couldn't find password. Freaking out! So glad info on file and automatic email in place. Got dues paid on time. You guys are very efficient!!!!!

Stop raising the prices! The mls dues were $170 and now they have increased to $195.

I get the impression that I am always bothering people when I contact Mainstreet for a question or guidance. It would be helpful for employees to not seem as if we are bothering them with questions.

your fees are too much I am a Indiana agent and you are so much more than them and your services are less and the market is much better there reduce the fees quit raising them for less services
