I am a real estate appraiser and the MLS is essential in order for me to do my job.
I don't know I an new realtor and I didnt have choice to join but I joined with recommendation of the brokerage. Maybe reach out to new members and help us learn about the Mainstreet Organization and what is benefit of the membership. I did got my package in the beginning but that's it and I need more guidance.

Lower the fees.. You have a huge database of Realtors and instead of lowering the fees with growing number of members, the fees seem exorbitant!

1. There are too many fees for the appraiser.
2. The MLS access is designed for realtors in mind and not the appraiser.
3. Should have classes designed for appraisers to help in dealing with the MLS
