Mainstreet has a ton of value and great at delivering up to date content. I've recommended them to a lot of new Realtors.
Dues are high. I don't get much.
When I call someone is always available to speak with you. Always offering tons of classes.
As a newer broker I want to learn as much as possible. The classes offered are amazing. The instructions are extremely knowledgeable. I give a 10 plus to Main street.

3. make agents add income and expense info on 5 units +,mixed use, and commercial if you every want to compete with costar
